What should you prepare?

Prepare opening hours, group booking rules and venue contact details. Decide how often staff check requests and when they confirm them.

Before you start: common questions.

Before you decide, get answers to the key questions. If you would like to discuss your workflow, let’s talk.

Tell us about your venue →
Are online reservations instantly confirmed?

No. Requests await a restaurant decision so staff can check availability first.

Can I enter a phone booking?

Yes. Staff can add reservations manually in the panel.

Will guests receive a message?

The confirmation action can send an email when an address is provided or an optional paid SMS. Creating a booking directly as confirmed does not itself send a notification.

Are tables assigned automatically?

No. Staff assign tables and can do so after receiving a request.

How do I change the time or party size?

Open an active reservation to edit its date, time, party size or table assignment. Cancelled, completed and no-show reservations cannot be edited.

Is a guest email required?

No. A reservation and contact can be saved without email, but an email confirmation then cannot be sent.
