Kitchen display / Ranedo

Kitchen display every order in its place.

Bring orders from tables, your website and QR into a clear preparation queue. Staff see items, options and notes, then update progress. Split the view into stations so each part of the kitchen can focus on the right dishes.

A queue the whole team understands

Three columns organise preparation stages, with oldest orders first. The source identifies the table or sales channel. Update individual items or the whole order.

A dedicated view for each station

Link categories to stations so the bar can focus on drinks and the kitchen on hot dishes. Scheduled orders enter preparation based on the configured preparation time.

Respond to changes during service

Mark an item unavailable to remove it from ordering in supported channels. Changes and cancellations are highlighted for staff acknowledgement.

Start with a well-prepared setup.

Follow these four steps, then test a realistic scenario with your team.

  1. Prepare a device

Place a connected tablet where staff can reach it.

  2. Pair the screen

Use the kitchen device pairing code.

  3. Set up stations

    Assign categories and preparation times.

  4. Test the workflow

Send an order through preparation and handover.

What should you prepare?

Define station responsibilities, menu categories and target preparation times. Enable notification sounds on the device if your team wants them.

Before you start: common questions.

Before you decide, get answers to the key questions. If you would like to discuss your workflow, let’s talk.

Tell us about your venue →
Does it combine different channels?

Yes. It supports orders from tables, websites, QR and rooms according to the restaurant’s active features.

Can the bar have its own view?

Yes. Link stations to menu categories to display the items relevant to each team.

Must all items be ready together?

No. Mark dishes individually. When all are ready, the order moves to the appropriate stage.

Does a paired tablet access company settings?

A paired kitchen device accesses the kitchen screen without company settings or billing. Its access can be revoked.

What happens without internet?

The screen retains recent data and can queue changes. Receiving new orders requires a connection, so offline support does not replace a working network.

Can an accidental handover be undone?

Undo controls and a recent handovers view help staff correct accidental actions promptly.
