Accessibility statement

Createin.pl Jarosław Kądzioła, the operator of Ranedo, wants as many people as possible — including people with disabilities — to be able to use ranedo.com and the ordering path on restaurant websites powered by Ranedo. This statement describes the current state, without promises we have not verified.

Scope

  • ranedo.com information pages (home, pricing, contact, blog, legal documents), sign-up and sign-in;
  • the guest ordering path on restaurant websites built with Ranedo: menu, cart, order form, order status, table QR menu.

The restaurant panel (staff screens) is not a consumer service and has not been assessed.

Compliance status

The service is partially compliant with WCAG 2.1 level AA. The assessment is a self-assessment — no external accessibility audit has been carried out.

What is already in place:

  • form fields (contact, order, content report) have labels and error messages are announced by screen readers;
  • forms work with the keyboard and without JavaScript (except the live price preview in the order form);
  • documents declare their language, and partly translated text is marked as such;
  • pages adapt to phone screen widths and text zoom.

Known limitations:

  • restaurant website content (descriptions, photos, alternative texts, theme colours) is entered by the restaurant — Ranedo provides the templates but cannot guarantee that every restaurant adds image descriptions and keeps sufficient contrast;
  • not every template theme has been checked for colour contrast and focus visibility;
  • third-party embeds (maps, videos) added by a restaurant may not meet the requirements;
  • PDF files (e.g. invoices) may not be fully accessible to screen readers.

Feedback and contact

If something is not accessible to you or you need information in another format, write to kontakt@ranedo.com or call +48 577 682 359. Please include the page address and describe the problem. We will reply without undue delay and within 14 days at the latest; if the problem cannot be fixed straight away, we will offer another way to access the information or place the order.

If you are not satisfied with the answer, you may contact the authority supervising compliance with product and service accessibility requirements.
