How we handle notices

Every notice is assessed by a person, without automated decisions. We may remove the content, disable access to it or suspend the website or account. The restaurant receives a statement of reasons with information on how to appeal (reply by email within 14 days), and the reporter is informed of the decision. Both parties may seek redress in court.
