Review a defined period

Choose the last 7 or 30 days, this month or last month. Review counts, average order value and the share completed. A time series helps reveal stronger and quieter days.

Understand what guests order and when

Popular dishes and hourly activity help analyse demand. Channel breakdowns cover online, QR, rooms and waiter orders, informing preparation and staffing.

Assess offers in context

Promotion and bundle usage helps evaluate interest. For detail, open the orders list, apply filters and export CSV for further analysis.

Start with a well-prepared setup.

Follow these four steps, then test a realistic scenario with your team.

  1. Maintain statuses

Agree when staff mark orders completed.

  2. Choose a period

    Open the relevant reporting range.

  3. Review breakdowns

Look at dishes, hours and channels.

  4. Record conclusions

Export filtered orders to CSV if needed.

What should you prepare?

Bring a specific question: busy hours, popular dishes or promotion usage. Use consistent order status procedures so results can be interpreted.

Before you start: common questions.

Before you decide, get answers to the key questions. If you would like to discuss your workflow, let’s talk.

Tell us about your venue →
Does the report show restaurant profit?

No. It shows order data, not margins or profit after ingredient, staffing or delivery costs.

Are cancelled orders included?

Analytics also includes cancelled, rejected and expired orders. The displayed value is not equivalent to paid accounting revenue.

Why does the dashboard differ?

The dashboard excludes some statuses included in analytics. Compare metric definitions and date ranges when checking figures.

Can I choose custom dates?

Analytics provides 7-day, 30-day, current-month and previous-month presets. Custom dates are available in places such as the orders list.

Where can I download CSV?

Export from the orders list after applying filters. This is not an export of the whole analytics view.

What does the completed share mean?

It uses the completed status. Its usefulness depends on staff consistently updating fulfilment statuses.
