Partner Programme Terms
Version 2026-10-01
Translation of the terms — in case of discrepancies the Polish version prevails.
§ 1. General provisions
- These Terms set out the rules of the Ranedo Partner Programme (the “Programme”). The Programme is organised by Createin.pl Jarosław Kądzioła, a sole proprietorship registered in the Polish Central Register and Information on Economic Activity (CEIDG), address: ul. Boczna 8, 46-080 Chróścice, Poland, tax ID (NIP) 7481531765, REGON 161499368 (not subject to entry in the National Court Register) (the “Organiser”), contact: kontakt@ranedo.com, phone +48 577 682 359.
- Definitions: Partner — a person or entity admitted to the Programme; Client — an entity that has created an account in the Ranedo service and has been assigned to a Partner; Referral Link and Referral Code — the Partner’s individual identifiers available in the Partner Panel; Partner Panel — the part of the service at /partner; Qualifying Payment — a payment actually received by the Organiser from a Client for a Ranedo subscription.
- Participation in the Programme is voluntary and free of charge. The Programme is neither an employment relationship nor an exclusive agency agreement.
§ 2. Joining the Programme
- To join, a Partner must register in the Partner Panel, provide true details, accept these Terms and have the application approved by the Organiser. The Organiser may refuse an application without giving reasons.
- A Partner may be an adult with full legal capacity or a business.
- Until the application is approved, the Referral Link and Referral Code are inactive.
- The Partner is responsible for keeping the billing details (including the bank account number) in the Partner Panel up to date.
§ 3. Referral and assignment of Clients
- A Client is assigned to the Partner if they create a Ranedo account: (a) after visiting through the Referral Link — the Organiser records the click in the browser session until the end of the visit and, if the visitor has consented to “Marketing” cookies in the banner, also in the
ranedo_refcookie for 30 days; or (b) by entering the Referral Code in the sign-up form. A code entered in the form takes precedence over the Referral Link. - A visitor who has not given marketing consent, or has withdrawn it, does not receive the
ranedo_refcookie (and any cookie stored earlier is deleted). In that case assignment is only possible during the same visit or by entering the Referral Code. The Partner may not require visitors to give consent or force it in any other way. - Assignment takes place only when the account is created, is one-off and cannot be changed. Accounts created earlier are not assigned to a Partner.
- A Client whose account was created by the Partner or by a person acting on the Partner’s behalf (self-referral) is not assigned, in particular where the e-mail address of the Client’s account or the Client’s tax ID matches the Partner’s details, or where the sign-up was made from a browser in which the Partner is logged in to the Partner Panel.
§ 4. Commission
- The Partner earns commission on every Qualifying Payment of an assigned Client, calculated on the net amount (excluding VAT) of the subscription part of that payment. No commission is due on add-on modules, SMS packages, trial periods, subscriptions granted free of charge or the part of a payment covered by the Client’s account balance.
- The commission rate depends on the Client’s position with the Partner: for the Partner’s first 10 Clients the rate is 15%, and for every subsequent Client — 20%. The order is determined by the date of the Client’s first Qualifying Payment; all of the Partner’s Clients who have made one count, including those for whom commission has already expired.
- The rate assigned to a Client applies for the entire period in which commission is earned for that Client.
- Commission is earned for 36 months from the Client’s first Qualifying Payment (the commission period). For a Qualifying Payment covering a billing period that falls only partly within the commission period, commission is due in proportion to the number of days of that billing period falling within the commission period. No commission is due on a payment for a billing period falling entirely after the commission period.
- A change of the Client’s plan or billing period — made by the Client or by the Organiser on the same account — does not interrupt commission. If the Client gives up the subscription (cancels it or lets it expire through non-payment), commission for that Client expires and is not renewed, even if the Client later subscribes again.
- If all or part of a payment is refunded to the Client, the commission on it is reduced proportionally (correction), in the same proportion in which it was earned. The correction reduces the next payout. If corrections exceed the commission available for payout, the resulting negative balance is deducted from subsequent payouts.
§ 5. Accrual and payout
- Commission appears in the Partner Panel as “accrued” once the Qualifying Payment has been booked, and as “available for payout” after 30 days.
- Payouts are made by bank transfer to the account given in the Partner Panel, no more often than every 30 days, once the available amount is at least PLN 100.
- A payout is made against a VAT invoice (a VAT-registered Partner adds the applicable VAT to the commission) or a bill (other Partners) issued to the Organiser for the amount shown in the Partner Panel. Payment term: 14 days from receipt of a correct document.
- A Partner who is a business settles any taxes and contributions due on the commission received on their own.
- For a Partner who is a natural person not running a business, the Organiser settles the commission in accordance with tax law, including — where the law so requires — as the tax remitter, withholding the income tax advance and issuing a PIT-11 information form. The Partner provides the Organiser with the details needed for this settlement (in particular full name, PESEL number, residential address and competent tax office). The Organiser may withhold the payout until these details are provided.
- The Partner reports any objections to the commission accrued by e-mail to kontakt@ranedo.com within 30 days of the accrual being made available in the Partner Panel. The Organiser considers the objection within 14 days. After that deadline the accrual is deemed accepted, except for obvious calculation errors.
§ 6. Promotion rules
- The Partner promotes Ranedo honestly and lawfully; in particular, the Partner does not send unsolicited commercial communications (spam), does not mislead as to the prices and features of the service and does not pose as the Organiser.
- Without the Organiser’s written consent, the Partner does not buy search ads on terms containing the name “Ranedo” and does not register domains or profiles containing it.
- Artificially generating clicks or sign-ups, forcing cookies (cookie stuffing), creating fictitious accounts and self-referrals are prohibited.
- The Partner is not the Organiser’s representative: the Partner does not make declarations or assume obligations on the Organiser’s behalf, does not negotiate contract terms with Clients, does not promise discounts or terms other than those published in the Ranedo price list and does not accept payments from Clients.
- The Partner may use the “Ranedo” name and logo only in the form of materials made available in the Partner Panel, without modification and only to promote the service within the Programme. This permission expires when participation in the Programme ends.
§ 7. Breaches
- If these Terms are breached, the Organiser may suspend the Partner, withhold payouts pending clarification, cancel commission obtained through the breach and terminate the agreement with immediate effect.
- A suspended Partner does not acquire the right to new commission; the Referral Link and Referral Code stop working.
§ 8. Personal data
- The Organiser is the controller of the Partner’s personal data. The data are processed to conclude and perform the Programme agreement (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), to meet accounting and tax obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR) and to establish and pursue claims (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — for the duration of participation in the Programme and thereafter for the limitation period of claims and the retention period of accounting records.
- For Programme statistics, the Organiser records clicks on the Referral Link without IP addresses or device identifiers; the
ranedo_refcookie is stored only with the visitor’s consent to the “Marketing” category, contains only the Referral Code and expires after 30 days (details: Cookie Policy). The Partner receives only the Client information needed for settlement: the Client’s business name (an e-mail address used as the account name is masked), sign-up and payment dates, subscription status, and net payment and commission amounts. - Information about Clients made available in the Partner Panel (the Client’s business name, sign-up and payment dates, subscription status, payment and commission amounts) may be used by the Partner solely to verify the commission due. The Partner keeps it confidential, does not disclose it to third parties, does not combine it with other data sets and does not use it for any other purpose, in particular marketing. To the extent this information constitutes personal data, the Partner is its separate controller and is responsible for processing it in accordance with the GDPR. The confidentiality obligation continues after participation in the Programme ends.
- The Partner has the right to access, rectify and erase their data, to restrict processing, to data portability, to object and to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO). Details: the service’s Privacy Policy.
§ 9. Amendments and termination
- The Organiser may amend these Terms for important reasons, notifying Partners by e-mail at least 14 days in advance. A Partner who does not accept the amendment may end participation in the Programme before it takes effect.
- A change of commission rates applies only to Clients assigned to the Partner after it takes effect. Clients assigned earlier keep their existing rate for the entire commission period, and commission accrued before the change is not affected.
- Either party may end participation in the Programme with 14 days’ notice. Commission accrued up to the end of participation is paid out under § 5, even below the minimum amount.
§ 10. Final provisions
- Polish law applies to matters not covered by these Terms. Disputes with Partners who are businesses are resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the Organiser’s registered office.
- This version of the Terms applies from 1 October 2026. Previous versions: Programme Terms version archive.
