Cookie Policy

Archived version 2026-09-27 — in force from 27.09.2026 to 30.09.2026. All versions

1. Who is responsible for cookies

The controller of information stored on your device when you use Ranedo (ranedo.com, the client panel, the Partner Panel and the operator panel) is Createin.pl Jarosław Kądzioła, a sole proprietorship registered in the Polish Central Register and Information on Economic Activity (CEIDG), ul. Boczna 8, 46-080 Chróścice, Poland, tax ID (NIP) 7481531765, REGON 161499368, e-mail kontakt@ranedo.com, phone +48 793 911 647.

2. What cookies and browser storage are

Cookies are small pieces of information that your browser stores on your device and sends back to the service on later visits. The service also uses the browser’s local storage (localStorage, IndexedDB), which works similarly but is not sent to the server.

3. Legal basis

Files necessary to provide a service you request (logging in, form security, remembering your choice in the banner, ordering at a table) are stored without separate consent (Art. 399(3) of the Polish Electronic Communications Law). Analytics and marketing files are only activated with your consent given in the banner. The partner programme cookies are described in section 4.2 — they are used to settle the referral made by a partner, as set out in the Partner Programme Terms.

4. List of cookies

4.1. Necessary

4.2. Partner programme

4.3. Analytics and marketing — only with consent

Activated only if the operator enables the tool, and only with your consent in the banner (“Analytics” and “Marketing” categories). The providers are separate data controllers.

5. Browser storage

  • Client panel — remembers dismissed help tips (localStorage, until you clear browser data).
  • Restaurant website editor — an emergency copy of an unsaved draft and of uploaded files, so work is not lost when the connection drops (localStorage and IndexedDB, removed once changes are saved).
  • Waiter and kitchen screens — a queue of actions made without internet access and app files for offline work (browser storage and Cache Storage, until synchronised or the device is logged out).

6. Restaurant websites

Restaurant websites and menus running on Ranedo (addresses in the ranedo.com domain or the restaurant’s own domains) are run by the restaurant, which is the controller of its guests’ data and shows its own consent banner. The necessary files described above (e.g. ordering via a QR code) and analytics tools enabled by the restaurant may be used on those websites.

7. How to manage cookies

You can change your choices at any time with the “Change cookie settings” button below — the consent banner will appear again. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings; blocking necessary files will prevent logging in and placing orders.

8. Changes

We update this policy as the service changes. It applies from 27 September 2026.
